Club Competitions 2018

Our club competitions are a great way for our members to get feedback and showcase their wonderful home brew. Member participation is something that helps our club as a whole and we hope that every member will join in on our competitions.

Points System

  • 1 pt – judging club comps
  • 2 pts – for each entry (max 2 entries per comp)
  • 3 pts – 3rd place medal
  • 4 pts – 2nd place medal
  • 5 pts – 1st place medal

This year the club will host 4 competitions for members to enter. Those who enter will be awarded points for entering and points for medaling. To encourage entries all four competitions will be open to any 2015 BJCP defined style. A maximum of two entries is allowed per competition and the same beer may not be entered more than once throughout the year. There is an entry fee of $2 per entry and points will be tallied as follows.
